Have you joined a team for the George Mason versus UMD Commuter Challenge?

We're going head to head with George Mason University for the COMMUTER CHALLENGE (add echo effect here).

Go to http:/zimride.umd.edu/calendar to start recording your commute. All you need is a university logon. UMD gets points in the commute challenge for everyone that joins. If you don't already have a team, you might be surprised and find out that a group you belong to already has one set up.

University of Maryland will be challenging those at George Mason to see who can get to campus in the most environmentally friendly way. Entering the challenge is simple. Enter your "One-way commute distance", the number of miles you travel in each direction to campus every morning, and then click the "Enter Commuter Challenge" button. Once you've entered the challenge, simply drag the mode of transportation you take to campus each morning onto the appropriate calendar day to log your savings! All days logged between September 22nd and October 22nd will then be tallied and a victor determined.
