Who:     Any full-time undergraduate University of Maryland student

What:   The 2011 ACC Leadership Conference is a three day leadership learning opportunity for 6 students from each of the 12 Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) schools to engage in interactive workshop sessions, keynote addresses, and hands-on small group work addressing 13 identified social issues.

When: We will depart the University of Maryland early morning Friday, February 18th and fly to Atlanta, Georgia. We will return the evening of Sunday, February 20th .

How: The ACC has generously provided the financial resources for 6 students from each school to attend the conference. The conference will cover you travel, lodging, most food and registration cost.

Why: The ACC conference is one of the few opportunities to engage with students from all 12 ACC schools to explore complex social issues that are common topics to students on all of the campuses and examine the leadership solutions that we as an ACC may be able to advance.
