Job Opprtunity on Campus

The Orientation Office is seeking an organized, personable, team-oriented freshman or sophomore student.

New Student Programs will need an assistant for 2011; the job includes summer-time commitments. This is a position that requires daily office time up to 15 hours a week. While the specific hours are flexible, we are looking for someone who is efficient and can be productive for 2-3 hours per day. Tasks include organization and registration for summer-time parent orientation Terp Trips, recording Terp Trip evaluations, and processing and scheduling requests, which requires knowledge of Excel. Because some training is required, a small time commitment this fall is necessary to prepare for next year.

Please e-mail Jennifer Dietrich at jdietri2@umd.edu if you are interested.
